Chris understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living in South Charlotte, Weddington, Waxhaw, Marvin and even Indian Land & Fort Mill as he is licensed in SC also.

When not assisting clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly and their 3 children Christopher, Cooper and Emma Katherine, and coaching kid's sports teams and relaxing at their home in Weddington.
